ServiceMonster 6 Security Roles
As of October 2017, only the administrator and manager security roles have access to ServiceMonster 6*:
- Administrator – uninhibited access to the system.
- Manager – same as Administrator, except for the ability to create/delete user accounts.
Technician Security Roles (access via Mobile 2 or the Android/iOS app)
- Tech – View ONLY Assigned Accounts, Orders, and Schedule Items. Edit Assigned Only.
- SuperTech – View ALL Accounts, Orders, and Scheduled Items. Edit Assigned Only.

Updated Mobile App Security Roles
