Creating New Contracts

1. Go to Accounts (Navigator) > Contracts List > +New Contract

  • Either select +New Account (to create a new account for the contract) or select an account from the given list
  • Click OK
  • In the next pop-up, select the appropriate account (if not already chosen)
  • Give the contract a Name (Ex: 6 Month Cleaning – can reflect WHAT the contracts for or WHO it is for)
  • Set the Start and End Date for the contract
  • Select the Day of Month
  • Write in the Amount for the contract
  • Input the Frequency (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, Yearly)
  • Select the Next Billing Date (or is it Today?)
  • Write in a Memo if desired
  • Select an Email Template from the drop-down list
  • Select an Order Type
  • The To Email should reflect the Account’s e-mail address
  • The Reply Email should reflect YOUR business or personal e-mail address
  • Click OK
